Finsbury Growth & Income Trust PLC has announced the buyback of 203,692 of its own shares at a price of 833.99 pence per share, to be held in treasury. This action follows the authorization from their Annual General Meeting on January 23, 2024. Post-transaction, the company’s issued share capital consists of 177,470,932 Ordinary Shares, excluding those held in treasury.
