Finsbury Gwth & Inc Shs (GB:FGT) has released an update.
Finsbury Growth & Income Trust PLC has successfully repurchased 206,412 of its own shares at 840.15 pence each, which will be held in treasury, as per the authorization from its Annual General Meeting. This buyback leaves the company with 47,118,936 shares in treasury and 177,872,367 shares with voting rights in circulation. Shareholders can use these figures to calculate their percentage of ownership and voting power in the company.
