Finlay Minerals Ltd. has successfully completed the acquisition of the SAY Property, a copper and silver project located in northern British Columbia, which expands their portfolio with a property that has demonstrated significant exploration potential. The deal includes an upfront cash payment of CDN$50,000 with additional contingent payments, including a buy-back right for part of the net smelter return royalty. This strategic move is expected to enhance the company’s growth prospects in the resource sector.
