Finbar Group Limited has announced a change in the holdings of director Ronald Chan, who has purchased an additional 50,000 ordinary shares on-market, bringing his indirect stake in the company to 21,918,327 shares with a total consideration of $42,500. The transaction, dated October 8, 2024, did not involve any disposal of shares and was not conducted during a closed period requiring prior clearance.
