Finbar Group Limited (AU:FRI) has released an update.

Finbar Group Limited has announced that Director Mr. John Chan has increased his indirect interest in the company through an on-market purchase of 150,000 ordinary fully paid shares, amounting to a consideration of $130,246.55. This acquisition has raised his total indirect holdings to 30,055,198 shares. Importantly, the transaction did not take place during a closed period requiring prior written clearance.
