Financial Partners Group Co., Ltd. (FPG) has completed a treasury share acquisition, buying back 120,000 of its common shares at a total cost of 250,985,900 yen from June 1 to June 30, 2024. This move is part of a larger share repurchase plan authorized by the board on April 26, 2024, aiming to acquire up to 1,000,000 shares by October 31, 2024. To date, FPG has acquired 360,000 shares for 756,246,400 yen under this scheme.
