Ferrovial (ES:FER) has released an update.
Ferrovial has announced a scrip dividend, allowing shareholders to choose between receiving new shares or cash. With a substantial majority opting for shares, Ferrovial will issue 4,719,782 new shares, increasing its total issued capital to 7,454,081.47 euros. The cash dividend and new shares will be distributed from June 21, 2024, with payments made in euros or U.S. dollars for certain shareholders.
