Ferrari NV (IT:RACE) has released an update.
Ferrari N.V. has successfully passed all resolutions during its Annual General Meeting, including the approval of the 2023 Annual Accounts and a substantial cash dividend of Euro 2.443 per share, amounting to approximately Euro 440 million. The company also re-elected its board of directors and granted the board the authority to repurchase up to 10% of the company’s common shares. Additionally, the shareholders agreed to amend the Board of Directors’ Remuneration Policy and approved share awards for executive directors.
