Ferrari (IT:RACE) has released an update.
Ferrari N.V. continues to actively execute its multi-year share buyback program, with a total investment of €238 million for 670,642 shares on Euronext Milan and an additional $108 million (€99.4 million) for 269,191 shares on the NYSE since the program’s fourth tranche began. As of June 14, 2024, Ferrari holds 5.50% of its issued share capital in treasury, demonstrating its commitment to enhancing shareholder value. Overall, since July 1, 2022, Ferrari has acquired 3,309,306 of its own shares, amounting to a total expenditure of €910.2 million.
