Ferrari (IT:RACE) has released an update.
Ferrari N.V. has successfully completed the offering of 500 million euros in 3.625% notes due in 2030, with the issue price set at 99.677%, resulting in net proceeds of approximately 497 million euros after costs. These notes are now officially listed and trading on the Euronext Dublin regulated market. The prospectus for this offering has been approved by the Central Bank of Ireland and is available on the Ferrari corporate website.
