Ferrari (IT:RACE) has released an update.
Ferrari N.V. has continued its multi-year share buyback program, purchasing an additional 71,000 common shares on the Euronext Milan and 1,627 on the New York Stock Exchange as part of a Euro 2 billion initiative set to conclude by 2026. As of July 12, 2024, the company holds over 14 million common shares, representing 5.54% of the total issued share capital. This move is part of a strategy unveiled during the 2022 Capital Markets Day, aimed at enhancing shareholder value.
