Ferrari (IT:RACE) has released an update.
Ferrari N.V. has made significant strides in its multi-year share buyback program, with a total of approximately €883.8 million spent on acquiring 3,240,290 common shares since the program’s announcement in 2022. The company’s recent activities include purchasing shares worth over €223 million on the Euronext Milan and around €87.8 million on the New York Stock Exchange, as reported up to May 31, 2024. These transactions have brought Ferrari’s treasury holdings to 5.47% of its total issued share capital.
