Ferrari (IT:RACE) has released an update.
Ferrari N.V. has progressed in its multi-year share buyback program, investing €8.44 million to repurchase 22,000 common shares since the latest tranche announced on June 28, 2024. As of July 3, 2024, Ferrari now holds 5.52% of its total issued share capital in treasury. Overall, since July 1, 2022, the company has acquired 3,363,562 of its own shares for a total spend of €931 million as part of its €2 billion buyback initiative.
