Ferrari N.V. has progressed in its substantial Euro 2 billion share buyback initiative by acquiring additional shares, investing a total of Euro 245.5 million and USD 107.9 million since the fourth tranche’s announcement. As of June 21, 2024, Ferrari holds 5.51% of its total issued share capital in treasury, reflecting a significant step in its multi-year financial strategy to enhance shareholder value.
