FD Technologies has issued 24,000 new ordinary shares following employee share option exercises, with the new shares set to trade on AIM and Euronext Growth markets from 8 July 2024. This move will increase the total issued share capital to 28,219,641 ordinary shares. The company specializes in data-driven services that include AI innovation software through KX and digital transformation consulting in financial services via First Derivative.
