FBR Limited has disclosed the appointment of Shannon Robinson as a new director on 23 April 2024, in compliance with listing rule 3.19A.1 and section 205G of the Corporations Act. The initial director’s interest notice reveals that Robinson currently holds no securities in the company, either as a registered holder or through other interests, and is not involved in any contracts that would require disclosure.
