FBD Holdings (GB:FBH) has released an update.
FBD Holdings PLC has announced the application for listing 356,417 new Ordinary Shares under its Performance Share Plan on Euronext Dublin, with trading expected to commence around May 17, 2024. These shares, part of an employee reward program approved in 2018, will have equal standing with existing shares and bring the total voting share capital to 40,769,476. FBD, a leading Irish insurer, serves farmers, individuals, and businesses across the country.
