Marko Salmi has altered his stake in Faron Pharmaceuticals Ltd, with the company reporting a change in total voting rights following a share offering event. Salmi’s new holding crosses the notification threshold, now amounting to 3.66% of the voting rights, an increase from the previous 2.52%. The share offering and subsequent notification were both completed on June 20, 2024, in Turku, Finland.
