Farm Pride Foods Ltd has disclosed a change in the holdings of Director Darren Lurie, reflecting an acquisition of 545,000 fully paid ordinary shares and a corresponding disposal of the same number of performance rights, without cash consideration. The transaction resulted in Lurie’s direct interest increasing to 21,180,454 fully paid ordinary shares, with the change reported as a conversion of vested performance rights.
