Far East Consortium’s Upcoming Annual General Meeting

Far East Consortium International Limited has announced its annual general meeting to be held on August 23, 2024, in Hong Kong, where they will discuss the adoption of audited financial statements, declaration of a final dividend of HK$0.10 per share, the re-election of executives, director remuneration, and the re-appointment of their auditor, Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu. The meeting will also address the authorization of the Directors to issue additional shares and handle related offers, with a cap at 20% of the total issued shares.
