Fangdd Network Group Ltd., a leading property technology firm in China, has announced the appointment of Mr. Jun Luo to its board of directors, taking over as chairman of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee and joining other key committees. Mr. Luo, with a strong background in operational planning and investment management, replaces Mr. Zhen Xie who resigned for personal reasons. FangDD expresses confidence that Mr. Luo’s extensive experience will significantly contribute to the company’s governance and management.
