Fangdd Network Plans to Terminate ADS Facility

Fangdd Network Group (DUO) has released an update.

Fangdd Network Group Ltd. has announced its intention to terminate its American depositary shares (ADS) facility and delist its ADSs from the Nasdaq Stock Market, with plans to substitute them with Class A ordinary shares under the same ticker symbol. The company’s ADS facility is set to terminate on September 4, 2024, and an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders is scheduled for July 11, 2024, to discuss and vote on the matter. However, there’s uncertainty whether Nasdaq clearance for the substitution listing will be obtained before the termination date.
