Falcon Oil & Gas Ltd. invites shareholders and potential investors to a presentation and Q&A session with CEO Philip O’Quigley on June 18, 2024, following their Annual General Meeting in Dublin. Interested parties can submit questions and sign up for the event through the Investor Meet Company platform. Additionally, Falcon disclosed that a commission of 6% on gross proceeds was paid to the bookrunner for the fundraising completed in April 2024.
