Falcon Metals Ltd has announced the issue of a total of 1,320,000 unquoted options, with two separate sets of 660,000 options each exercisable at $0.38, expiring on June 30, 2027, and June 30, 2028, respectively. These securities, issued under an employee incentive scheme, will not be quoted on the ASX. The exercise of these options could potentially dilute current shareholders or provide additional working capital for the company.
