Falcon Metals Ltd has announced a change in the holdings of director Timothy Shaun Markwell, who acquired an additional 50,000 fully paid ordinary shares at a value of $9,000 through an on-market trade. This transaction, dated September 27, 2024, has increased Markwell’s total holdings in the company to 252,272 ordinary shares, alongside various unlisted options with expiration dates ranging from December 2024 to June 2027.
