Falco Resources Seeks C$5 Million in Private Placement

Falco Resources (TSE:FPC) has released an update.

Falco Resources Ltd. has announced a partnership with Red Cloud Securities Inc. for a private placement aiming to raise up to C$5 million. This financing effort will include selling units and flow-through shares, with potential additional proceeds if an Agents’ Option is fully exercised, bringing the total to C$6 million. The funds will primarily support the advancement of Falco’s Horne 5 Project and other exploration activities on the company’s properties in Québec.
