Fairfax Financial Holdings has executed a Fourth Supplemental Indenture, effectively adding Allied World Assurance Company Holdings, Ltd (AWAC) as a Co-Obligor for its 6.100% Senior Notes due 2055, ensuring AWAC jointly assumes all obligations of the issuance. This strategic move, which includes a provision for the payment of additional amounts and redemption in connection with Bermuda Taxes, is designed to maintain the interests of the holders of these securities and does not constitute a new obligation under applicable laws.
