FADEL Partners Inc., a provider of cloud-based brand compliance and rights and royalty management software, has announced the postponement of its Annual General Meeting originally scheduled for June 20, 2024, due to the ongoing search for a new Chairperson with significant AIM experience. The company has confirmed that Ken West will remain in his role as Non-Executive Chairman until a suitable candidate is appointed, after which he will continue as a Non-Executive Director. FADEL operates chiefly in the United States but also has international presence in the UK, France, Lebanon, Jordan, and India.
