The latest announcement is out from Factset Research (FDS).
FactSet Research Systems Inc. announced a significant shift in its executive team as Linda S. Huber stepped down as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer on July 22, 2024. She will continue as a finance advisor until the end of the year, receiving benefits as per her separation agreement. Simultaneously, Helen Shan, with her rich financial leadership background at FactSet, has been appointed the new CFO while also maintaining her role as Chief Revenue Officer for a transitional period. This change in CFO is not due to any financial discrepancies, and Shan has no familial ties to the board or conflicts of interest in her appointment.
