Facilities by ADF PLC, a key player in the UK’s film and television production facility sector, has successfully completed a Retail Offer, raising £500,000 through the issue of 1,000,000 shares at 50 pence each. The offer was warmly received, with an oversubscription leading to allocations made to existing shareholders based on soft pre-emption rights. The company anticipates that the new shares will be admitted to trading on AIM following a general meeting and necessary approvals, potentially increasing the total voting rights in the company to 107,822,776.
