Facilities by ADF PLC, a leading UK provider of serviced production facilities to the film and television industry, has announced a retail offer to raise up to £0.5 million through the issuance of new shares, priced at 50 pence each. The offer, running alongside a separate £10 million placement, aims to bolster the company’s balance sheet. Shares from both the retail offer and placement are expected to start trading on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange on September 10, 2024.
