Facilities by ADF PLC, a leading provider of premium serviced production facilities to the UK film and TV industry, has successfully passed all resolutions during its recent General Meeting. This paves the way for the Admission of 26,915,357 new Ordinary Shares to trading on AIM, expected on September 10, 2024, and will increase the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue to 107,822,776. The company’s shareholders are now equipped with the latest denominator for determining changes in share capital interest under the FCA’s rules.
