Facephi Biometria SA shareholders approved all the resolutions at the Ordinary General Meeting, including the annual accounts, consolidated financial statements, and the application of the 2023 fiscal year results to offset previous losses. The management of the Board for the year 2023 and the executive remuneration for 2024 were also approved, alongside the appointment of NICE & GREEN SA as a board member.
