F3 Uranium Corp. has announced a private placement bought deal worth C$7.5 million, facilitated by Red Cloud Securities Inc. The deal comprises the sale of 13,392,857 flow-through units at C$0.56 each, with the potential for an additional C$1,125,000 through an over-allotment option. These units, available across most Canadian provinces, include common shares and half-warrants, allowing purchasers to buy additional shares within 24 months of the closing date.
