F3 Uranium Corp Announces Successful F4 Spin-Out Vote

F3 Uranium (TSE:FUU) has released an update.

F3 Uranium Corp shareholders have overwhelmingly voted in favor of spinning out F4 Uranium Corp, with the spin-out expected to complete by mid-August 2024, subject to final court and exchange approvals. This strategic move involves distributing F4 common shares to F3 shareholders and a subsequent share consolidation. While the F4 Option Plan was rejected, the Equity Incentive Plan received strong shareholder support.
