Exro Technologies Inc. is celebrating a pivotal achievement as its Cell Driver™ energy storage system has successfully obtained UL certification, marking its readiness for commercial deployment, particularly in the commercial and industrial sectors. In tandem with this accomplishment, Exro has launched a new subsidiary, Cellex Energy Inc., to spearhead the commercialization of the Cell Driver™. Additionally, the company has reported substantial progress in cost optimization, claiming annualized General & Administrative expense reductions nearing US$7.5 million since its acquisition of SEA Electric.
