Experian Continues Share Buyback Program

Experian plc (EXPGF) (GB:EXPN) has released an update.

Experian plc, a global leader in information services, has announced the repurchase of 42,000 of its ordinary shares as part of its ongoing share repurchase program, which will be held as treasury shares. The transaction was executed at varying prices with the highest being 3,293.0000 pence per share, and the total number of shares now held in treasury stands at 53,966,546. This move is part of the company’s strategy to return value to shareholders and reinforces its commitment to responsible capital management.
