Don't Miss Our New Year's Offers:

eXp World Holdings ( (EXPI) ) has issued an announcement.

eXp World Holdings, Inc. has reached a $34.0 million settlement in a series of lawsuits, including the high-profile case against the National Association of Realtors. The agreement, which is pending court approval, aims to resolve nationwide claims, also involving a commitment to modify certain business practices. Notably, this settlement is not an acknowledgment of liability by the company, which continues to dispute the allegations. The settlement funds are to be paid in two halves, the first due within thirty business days of preliminary court approval and the second by the one-year anniversary.
