Exor (EXXRF) has released an update.
Exor N.V. has completed the second tranche of its share buyback program, investing approximately €102 million to repurchase 1,048,478 ordinary shares. This latest round of buybacks brings the company’s total treasury holdings to 7,134,322 ordinary shares, representing 3.23% of the total issued share capital.
