Concurrently, Ms. Kwong Yin Ping Yvonne will also step down, and their successors, Mr. Nie Xiaogang and Ms. Tsang Wing Man, have been appointed, with Mr. Nie scheduled to undergo training before assuming his full duties. Despite Mr. Nie lacking the formal qualifications for his new role, the board is confident in his capabilities due to his extensive experience within the company.
