Excite Technology Services Ltd has announced a new proposal to issue 125 million fully paid ordinary shares, with the issuance expected to take place on April 8, 2024. The proposal was submitted to the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) for approval, which, if granted, will see these shares quoted on the ASX under the issuer code EXT.
