This reflects the company’s successful completion of the sale of CMI Operations Pty Ltd and may include additional deferred consideration pending final audited results. Excelsior’s diverse investment portfolio has shown significant growth, with overall NTA after taxes climbing from 22,983 to 116,798 thousand dollars year-over-year.
