Evolve Education Group Ltd has announced that shareholders can appoint proxies to vote on their behalf at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for June 4, 2024. Shareholders have the option to direct their proxy how to vote on resolutions or allow the proxy to decide if no instructions are provided. Votes must be lodged using specified methods at least 48 hours before the meeting to be considered valid.
