Evolus, Inc. is undergoing a strategic renewal of its Board of Directors with both Robert Hayman and Simone Blank planning to step down from their roles. Hayman will leave upon the appointment of a new director, aimed to be completed before the 2024 Annual Shareholder Meeting, while Blank will depart at the 2025 meeting or earlier if a successor is found. Their exits, marking the end of their impactful tenures, are amicable and part of the company’s board refreshment efforts, with no disagreements prompting their departures. The search for qualified replacements is currently underway.
