Evolent Health (EVH) has released an update.
Dr. Tunde Sotunde recently retired from the Board of Directors at Evolent Health, Inc., with no disagreements cited regarding company operations. Russell Glass was appointed as his replacement and is considered an independent director, with no conflicting interests reported. Glass will receive standard non-employee director compensation and has entered into an indemnification agreement with the company. Evolent Health has also announced a virtual annual meeting for stockholders on June 6, 2024, with an April 11 record date for voting eligibility.
