Evoke PLC Chair Doubles Shareholding

888 Holdings (GB:EVOK) has released an update.

In a recent move that signals confidence, Lord Jon Mendelsohn, Non-Executive Chair of Evoke PLC, has purchased 250,000 Ordinary Shares of the company at a price of 55.2p each. Following this transaction, Mendelsohn’s total holding in Evoke PLC has doubled to 500,000 shares. The transaction took place on the London Stock Exchange on August 15, 2024.
