BlackEarth Minerals NL (AU:EVG) has released an update.
In a recent Change of Director’s Interest Notice, EVION Group NL disclosed that Director David Round has increased his indirect holdings by acquiring 1,000,000 ordinary fully paid shares following the exercise of Performance Rights. Consequently, Round’s total indirect shareholdings in the company now amount to 6,571,662 ordinary shares, with additional outstanding Performance Rights. No disposal of shares was reported, and the notice confirmed that all changes were a result of the vested Performance Rights from August 2022.
