China Evergrande New Energy Vehicle Group (HK:0708) has released an update.
China Evergrande New Energy Vehicle Group announced the results of its Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on June 28, 2024, where all proposed resolutions except for those related to the general mandate to allot shares and buyback shares were passed. The unanimously approved items included the adoption of audited financial statements, re-appointment of executive and non-executive directors, and the re-appointment of the auditor. Shareholders did not favor the resolutions granting directors a mandate to allot or buy back shares, or to extend the mandate for additional share allotment after buybacks.
