EverCommerce Announces Board Changes and New Audit Committee Member

EverCommerce ( (EVCM) ) has issued an update.

Alexi Wellman has been appointed as a Class II director on EverCommerce Inc.’s Board of Directors and will also serve on the Audit Committee. She will be compensated with an annual retainer for her board service and additional remuneration for her Audit Committee role, along with a significant initial equity award. Her equity award will vest based on continued service and she will be offered a standard indemnification agreement. Meanwhile, Debby Soo has resigned from the Board, with her resignation taking effect at the end of October 2024.
