China Everbright Water Limited has announced the formation of a consortium to undertake the Anyang Municipal Wastewater Treatment Centre Phase I Project in Henan Province, with a total investment of around RMB 663 million. The company will contribute approximately RMB 219 million to the project and will hold a 99% equity interest in the newly established project company. This move signifies a substantial investment in China’s environmental infrastructure development.
